Tim Dal Bon serves as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½, bringing more than a decade of coaching experience and a proven record of building competitive, high-performing teams. With an overall head coaching record of 114–54, Dal Bon is known for his ability to develop athletes, strengthen programs, and create a winning culture rooted in discipline and teamwork.
Before joining ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½, Dal Bon was the Associate Head Coach at Clark Atlanta University, where he helped lead the Panthers to a 25–6 season, capturing both the SIAC regular season and tournament titles and earning an NCAA Tournament berth. In his second season, the team secured another regular season championship and remained one of the top defensive and rebounding programs in the country.
Previously, Dal Bon served as Head Coach at Albany Technical College, compiling a 53–26 record and producing the program’s first NJCAA All-American. Under his leadership, Albany Tech earned consecutive 21-win seasons and national recognition for its defensive strength.
A native of Fort Myers, Florida, Dal Bon was the all-time leading scorer at Island Coast High School before continuing his basketball career at Tallahassee Community College and Valdosta State University, where he helped his team win a Gulf South Conference Championship and make an NCAA Division II Tournament appearance.
Dal Bon is also an active member of the Latino Association of Basketball Coaches (LABC). At ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½, he is dedicated to building a championship culture that prioritizes academic success, player development, and excellence both on and off the court.
